Scientific Description: Gilthead Sea Bream | Sparus Aurata, (Linaeus 1758)

Sea bream is well known and loved by the general public, an extremely nutritious, lean fish, easy in digestion, rich in Omega-3 and full of folic acid, vitamins B9 and B12, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium and potassium. The white and tender flesh, combined with its rich taste and velvety texture, make sea bream stand out.
