One of the most popular Mediterranean fish, the sea bass is a semi-fat fish with a shiny body, velvety texture and high quality taste. Rich in vitamins A, B6 and B12 and Omega-3 fats, full of phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc and selenium, it is an excellent source of protein with undeniable nutritional value.
